Seniors Motivations For Moving /
Benefits They Found Upon Moving/
Areas of Dissatisfaction
This report was the first known National Study of
CCRC's and was conducted in 1990 using a sample of 10 communities nationwide.
The results were intended to provide a model to drive better advertising but
also to allow participating management groups to benchmark by property type
"customer satisfaction". Results were presented by household type, in
particular, single males vs single females vs married couples. The report
was widely covered in the senior housing magazines of the day and presented at a
NASLI conference. While the report focused on CCRC's you will find the
results to reflect issues of today. If you wish to participate in a
project to repeat this study,
get in touch.
